Goal to be 9.13 and too feel toned and strong when i go on holiday in 13 days time. That means i have to be super strict as I have only 4 lbs to lose.
I have been off the radar for a few days. I was on a training course with www.prism.com. I have been learning how to identify peoples behaviour preferences based an indepth questionnaire ccompleted online. Great course and i'm looking forward to using it with my clients.
Week 2 Measurements
arms 25cm/10" - same
bust 90cm/35.5" - same
waist 75.5cm/29.5 " - less 0.5cm
hips 89cm/35 " - same
thighs 56cm/22 " - same
weight 65.36kg/10.38 stone/143.8 lbs = very slight loss :)

Not a huge change this week but I'm not disheartened. I have only got 5lbs to lose and i know that this is going to be hard.
I have done the matrix so far today and will complete my ICP once lunch has gone down.
I started the day with scrambled eggs with rocket and watercress salad and herbal tea. I have taken the suggested supplements. I have drunk 1.5ltre greens drink.
For lunch i had left over homemade (by by lovely husband) chinese. Stir fry chicken and brocolli, small amount of white and brown rice, fish with black beans.
So in summary not a huge change in measurements but i didnt that the ED very well. I just keep my goal in mind and take it one day at a time.
